The file surrta_data is used to initialise the arrays of the modules

mo_rrta1 to mo_rrta16 (all in mo_rrta.f90).

The file contains absorption constants for the absorbers

H2O, CO2, O3, CH4, CCL4, CFC12 and CFC22 in 16 spectral

intervals and a total of 140 g-points.
