ECHAM5 input files

Integrating the ECHAM5 GCM requires files describing the initial state, the boundary conditions at the surface, the ozone distribution and tables of constants for the LW radiation schemes. 

These files are documented on subsequent pages linked to the generic name used by the ECHAM5 model and script to assess the actual file. All resolution dependent files are available for different resolutions including T31, T42 and T63. The linked pages provide information on the file name, the directory, where files are stored at DKRZ, and show for illustration purposes small figures for January and July. Higher resolved pdf-figures are linked to the embedded small figures.
