Information on the Fourth Assessment Report (AR4) of the IPCC
Every 5 to 6 years, the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) publishes a so-called Assessment Report (AR). The fourth Assessment Report (AR4) was released in February 2007. The AR5 is currently being prepared and is expected to be published in 2013.
The results of the Max Planck Institute for Meteorology (MPI-M) contributing to the AR4 can be found in the brochure "Climate Projections for the 21st Century"
Climate Projections for the 21st Century" (pdf)
and on the websites of the German Climate Computing Center (DKRZ) in a visualized manner.

Regional Climate Modelling
MPI-M’s regional climate model REMO has computed regional scenarios for the German-speaking area, namely Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
This working group now performs regional climate simulations mainly at the Climate Service Center (Department Climate System).

Visualizations of Simulation Data
How raw simulation data, gained from climate models, is converted into animations and images is shown in the media center of the German Climate Computing Center (DKRZ).
