The MPI-M offers German courses at various levels in small groups – at no cost for our foreign guests and students. We have participants from all nations, you will always be in good company!
Brushing up your English
All guests and students can participate in free in-house English courses held by native speakers at various levels.

Computers
Please contact our Helpdesk by email to help-it@zmaw.de 3 weeks before your departure to Hamburg. Inform them about the operating system you would prefer to have on your computer at your workplace at MPI-M.
If you consider bringing your own laptop, please also contact the Helpdesk and inform them which operating system your are using on your laptop.
If you have any problems, please contact the International Office.
Workplace
The International Office will ensure that a workplace will be waiting for you upon your arrival in close vicinity to the scientists you will work with.
